Cancellation Policy & Booking Terms

At Dolphin Key Condominiums, we understand that travel plans may change. Our goal is to provide a clear, fair, and flexible policy that allows you to book with complete confidence and peace of mind.

Payment & Reservation

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled within the specified timeframe prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Occupancy & Age Requirements

Each property has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be strictly observed.
The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

Free Cancellation

Enjoy complimentary cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Flexible Cancellation Options

For cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to check-in, guests may choose from the following:

  • A partial refund, or

  • A full credit toward a future stay (valid for up to 12 months)

Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are generally non-refundable due to reserved dates.
However, if the unit is successfully rebooked, a refund may be issued minus applicable fees.

Travel Disruptions & Unforeseen Events

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we are committed to working with guests toward a fair resolution. This may include rescheduling or issuing stay credits where applicable.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
